Chris Ryan is the Principal Solicitor of Chris Ryan Legal. He has a broad legal background and in recent years has honed his practice to the areas of commercial and civil litigation, business law and Wills and estates law.

Chris has conducted matters in the Local, District & Supreme Courts of New South Wales, the Federal Court, as well as the Chief Industrial Magistrates’ Court, New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission and Fair Work Australia.

Chris’ core practice sees him regularly advising businesses and individuals on a broad range of matters in the areas of Wills, contested Estates, contract law, trusts, leasing, business sales and purchases, employment law, debt recovery, asset protection and management of risk.

The guiding principal of Chris’ approach to legal advice is to provide practical, cost effective and individually tailored legal advice which he has done for businesses in the fields of professional services, hospitality, building trades, insurance, agriculture, employment & engineering consultancies, and public housing.
