Enduring Guardianship

An Enduring Guardianship is someone you appoint to make lifestyle, health and medical decisions for you when you are not capable of doing this for yourself.

When appointing an enduring guardianship, you can also give a direction about what is to happen if you become terminally ill.

Chris Ryan Legal can not only prepare the document which appoints the enduring guardianship, but advise you on the choice of guardian and any limitations that should be included as part of the appointment.

We can also help if you want to revoke a previous appointment of an enduring guardianship whom you don’t want to act any longer”
